My latest series, HERAKLION, was born from my travels through Greece. From watching lightning strike the sea and being caught in sudden storms, to swimming amongst rich blue waves that still whisper the legends of the gods, my goal was to capture the pulse of the Aegean.

Meticulously handcrafted with ink, resin, and 24k gold, these works are fluid, luminous, and alive. The glossy surfaces dance with the light, the rich washes of ink add pools of depth and darkness, and the gold contours glint like divine fire hurled into the sea by Zeus himself.

These works take shape over weeks of layering ink and resin, each stage demanding time and precision. Every layer must cure before the next begins — a slow rhythm of patience and repitition that gives the pieces their depth, luminosity, and subtle complexity.
